Astha is not “yet another IT company” in the block. We at Astha are not entangled by typical bureaucratic rules and regulations. We never consider ourselves colleagues and never do we feel to work in a “company”. Astha is the name of a family driven by coziness and fun. We are always careful to maintain an environment that brings the best out of our family members and let them self-actualize.
In our philosophy, software development and IT research are just two of the many games that we play everyday. Since we are masters of these two games, we constantly seek other masters to join our family of innovation. However, there are indeed some prerequisites to join our family. First and foremost, you got to have a beautiful mind. You must be open-minded, dynamic and should be adaptive to tech paradigm shifts. You have to be a magnificently efficient coder and follow industry-standard design patterns and principles while coding and testing. You should love challenging tasks and always keep yourself updated with the changes in the IT world. You got to have a curious mind that keeps you pushing to know the inner working of everything.
