Job Requirements:
Lead the planning and implementation of software projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.

Efficiently manage project resource allocation and timelines.

Track project milestones and deliverables, employing agile and scrum methodologies for project execution.

Conduct regular project meetings and be responsible for project tracking and analysis.

Ensure quality assurance and customer satisfaction are maintained throughout the project life cycle.

Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.

Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.

Mentor, motivate, and supervise project team members and contractors, fostering a collaborative team environment.

Technical Skill Requirements:

PMP, CSM, or similar project management certification is highly desirable.

Extensive experience in software development and project management.

Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and scrum practices.

Exceptional leadership, time management, and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.

Proficient in project management software tools.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with software development processes and technologies.

Academic Requirements:

Not much. If you can fulfill the aforementioned skill requirements, we don’t care about the academic backgrounds. Your skills matter. Certificates and CGPA are secondary.

But if you have a degree (Bachelors or Masters) in CS / CSC / CSE / Software Engineering, it’s a plus of course.

All we need from you is a super-hungry learning habit and a geeky-techie spirit.

If you have a strong portfolio of complex applications/software/tools that you worked on, that would be terrific.

Experience Requirements:
5 – 10 years.
Younger candidates who do not meet the experience requirements but possess good skills may apply as well.
Monthly Salary:
BDT. 120,000 – 240,000.
