Telemarketing Specialist

We are looking for enthusiastic telesales representative to contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for setting up sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships. An effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. You must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.

Position: Full-time

This person is required to work at night time. (7 PM- 4 AM).

Job Responsibilities:
1) Making outbound sales call.

2) Follow-up with prospects by phone or email on a timely manner.

3) Obtain new contact names, telephone numbers, and email address of prospects from direct calls and other sources such as websites.

4) Record and maintain reactions of prospects contacted into the database or CRM after the call.

5) Maintain a thorough working knowledge of all services offered by Astha IT.

6) Contact businesses by telephone in order to solicit sales for services and create brand awareness.

7) Explain products or services and prices, and answer questions from customers.

Skills requirement:

1) English fluency is compulsory.

2) Some experience in a call center or customer service environment.

3) Willing to work night shifts to match business hours in western countries.

4) Speaking clearly and persuasively in English in positive or negative situations.

5) Proven organizational and interpersonal skills.

6) Self-motivated, independent worker with the ability to multi-task.

7) Be professional, courteous, and know proper phone etiquette.

8) Ability to clearly and effectively communicate and present analysis findings and recommendations for marketing strategies.

9) Sound knowledge of essential software like (Microsoft suite, CRM, HubSpot)

Academic Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline. If you can fulfill the aforementioned skill requirements, we don’t care about the academic backgrounds. Your skills matter. Certificates and CGPA are secondary.
Experience Requirements:
Must have 1 to 2 years of experience. Freshers can also apply; it will be beneficial if you have experience in telemarketing or customer service environment.
Monthly Salary:
15K to 40K depending on your experience.
