Astha IT receives ISO 9001:2015 certification!

On January 25 of 2022, Astha IT received the ISO 9001:2015 (QMS) certification as a software company of Bangladesh.

The ISO 9000 family of quality management systems (QMS) is a set of standards that helps companies to ensure that they meet the needs of their customers and other stakeholders within statutory and regulatory requirements related to products and services. It includes the following seven Quality Management Principles –

  • Customer Focus
  • Leadership
  • Engagement of People
  • Process Approach
  • Improvement
  • Evidence-based Decision Making
  • Relationship Management
Astha IT is proud to complete this certification as this is one of the most widely used management tools in the world today. The comprehensive model of ISO 9000 guidelines will help the company stay competitive on an international scale while consistently meeting customer needs and enhancing customer satisfaction.
