The “then” informal company incorporates itself as a legal entity, called Astha IT Research & Consultancy Ltd. It hires staff and moves to its first office.
Growing the Business
Astha IT continues to grow as it signs long-term contracts with companies in US and Europe, and it moves to an even bigger office.
Done It Again
Astha IT does it again – back to back – two years in a row, winning the BASIS Outsourcing Award 2014 in the category of Best Outsourcing Organization. Details can be found here on this blog post.

Astha IT received an award in the Export Excellence category at BASIS Outsourcing Awards 2020 for its outstanding contribution to Bangladesh’s record high revenue from software and ITES export in the last fiscal year. Read the entire success story here.

Astha IT is proud to be announced as one of the ISO 9001:2015 (QMS) certified software companies of Bangladesh. Another feather in our cap, another step towards ensuring top quality for our clients. Congratulations to the entire team on such an achievement!
Humble Beginnings
Founded by Hasnaeen Rizvi Rahman, Astha IT began as a 2-person team, building a CRM for a Swedish fintech company. The team was working from home and had no office. A part of our founding story can be found here on this blog post.

Joint-venturing
Hasnaeen Rizvi Rahman, CEO of Astha IT, shakes hand with founders of Bizgenics Foundation and RankHI – leading brands of Hawaii to form a new company called SaaS Ventures in the form of a joint-venture. Check out the flamboyant spirit of this new company.
Major Milestone Reached
Astha IT reaches its 10th year and celebrates the momentous occassion with a grand gala. It was a massive party arranged in a luxury convention center with over a hundred guests, including reputed industry leaders (CEOs/CTOs of different tech companies), all the ex-employees of Astha IT and their family members, and of course the current team of the company along with their full families. Astha IT has gone global!
We have launched our first foreign subsidiary company in Stockholm, Sweden called Astha IT Services AB. It will operate as our headquarter for the European region. Astha IT as a company has always had expansion in its DNA, and this particular one will serve some great purposes, such as – represent Bangladesh strongly in the EU market, attract customers of that region and bring more businesses for the country.
Astha IT moves HQ to the US on its 15th birthday eve!
Commemorating a remarkable milestone as Astha IT enters its 15th year of operation by moving the headquarters to the US, legally becoming an American company. This strategic move propels us closer to changing the world with technology. As we celebrate these achievements, we remain committed to delivering excellence and driving progress in the IT industry.
